I waited anout eight months for this apointment. As others stated the clinic does not pick up the phone. That leaves new disabled patients with no instructions for parking or navigating the multi-building complex. I was 20 minutes late because for thirty minutes I drove and walked through construction and corrodores faced staff that huffed and pointed to fund my appointment.. At check in I paid my copay. Scheduling 7-8 months out for first time appointments! Dont waste your time! There is NO excuse for this!
Can you please just give us a reason for not responding to phone calls? Are you understaffed or burnt out? My fiancee has called you 3 times and left messages with no response. She may have diabetes and needs to see you! At the very least get on your list! It sounds like you as a company are neglecting patients which is dangerous for patients, and you as a clinic. You should be shut down in my opinion.
Your entire endocrinology program is rotten to the core. Dr. Makhsida was rude & unprofessional. I've been recovering from MVA injuries for the past year so I didn't review the tests results from my endo visit in Dec of last year. It appears that Dr Makhsida also didn't review them; or, he just didn't care. Since he no longer works for Mercy I came to this site to get an appt with an endo in St Louis.
