Does anyone know why the phones in mercy west are not ringing this morning. Been trying to call for 25 minutes and every floor phones says that the call can't be completed at this time, really need to get into see my ENT ASAP
They will not answer the phone to make an appointment. After trying for 2 days, I finally left a message, 24 hours later, I did receive a call. I wanted to make an appointment with Dr. Sharum, but because I had saw another doctor in that office 5 years ago for another reason, they would not make the appointment with him. I feel like it is my health and I should be able to see the doctor that I wish, not who they dictate. My ear business will be going elsewhere.
So I'm just trying to get them to answer the phone !! My appointment went well my surgery is set for June 26 ,I've tried many times to get them on the phone!!
