Last few days I have been trying to make an appointment but looks like only person is answering in that building is billing. Is there any upper management who can resolve this issue or shut the office if you have no clue how to run medical business.
I've been bringing my mom here for 3 years trying to get help with relief from chronic ear infections/ issues. Dr. Linson has ignored everything and claims she doesn't need treatment because she passes the hearing tests, and after each time this happens it takes forever to get another appointment. Do not recommend Dr. Linson whatsoever.
I had been a patient of Gwaltney for a couple years. Had not had any issues. He did sinus surgery and I had no complaints. I had ear issues mainly, fluid in the inner ear. He drained it once. It then returned about a year later and I returned to his office. He could not see anything and refused to move forward with any treatment. Well of course he couldn't see anything, it's literally on the other side of the ear drum. I called his nurse and asked to please have another visit and get this drained.
