My husband was seen by Dr. Nguyen for severe nose bleeds. We explained that he is on Warfarin and had a fall about a month ago, where he landed hard directly on the bridge of his nose. He dismissed this and very arrogantly assured us that the nose bleeds are likely not from the injury and that no further investigation was needed. After he was unable to stop the nose bleed, he finally inserted a rhino rocket without explaining what it was or what all it entailed.
