Normally I drive to Springfield from Joplin to the ENT thought since this was a final checkup on my sons ears I’d save gas and go to the ENT here in Joplin and that was a mistake. Apparently your time isn’t valuable enough to make someone wait hour+ to be seen. I’ve heard nothing but negative comments about this clinic and this just seals the deal. Won’t be going back to Joplin I’ll spend my time driving to Springfield.
I have had an appointment here for MONTHS. Every time it gets closer to my appointment date they call and reschedule. I've had an ongoing ear infection that just won't go away without tubes since December... My new next appointment??? July... So far it's been moved 4 times! At one point they told me the wrong time, I showed up, then the receptionist was extremely rude about me being a No Call No Show for my appointment... Um, no, I was told the wrong time by that office that very morning!

This place discriminated against my coworker because she works at a cannabis cultivation center. They pulled her into a room and told her they need to reschedule because people are complaining of marijuana smell. They’ve had an appointment for 6 months. Completely unprofessional and extremely disappointing. What if someone smelt of body odor? Would they tell them to leave even though they’ve had an appointment scheduled for half a year?
