Waiting for the doctor more than 40 minutes!
I've been to Dr. Rusten twice and he is a rude,terrible doctor. All he did was look up a nostril,in my throat and my left ear and throat which is why I was back in pain. He said there is nothing wrong its probably just arthritis. He walks out of the door. I'm going to another dr.in cape with 5 stars and if I he finds out something terribly wrong with my thyroid or my ears he's going to know about it. Do not go to him,he is unfriendly and quite weird and useless as an ENT!!!
I see several doctors at Southeast and was, in fact, referred to Dr. Rusten by my primary care physician for vertigo and sinus cysts. First, I saw the audiologist, Carol Thiele, who was very nice. I was confused by my appt with her though since I had only recently seen an audiologist at Southeast for the vertigo assessment. So I called to see if there was a mistake and was told, “Oh no, those tests were different. If you don’t see our audiologist, you can’t see Dr. Rusten.” Oookkaaaay.
