Would not recommend this clinic I made my appt. 6 mths ago went in and had waited over an hour. Had to leave they kept saying I was next. But that's just too long to wait. Have since found a new Doctor.
Why give out appointments if you can't see your patients at those specified times? I took my mother for an 11AM appt. We arrived at 10:50AM, checked in and saw a lobby full of patients. The girl at the desk said she was running a little behind and that there were 5 patients ahead of us to see Dr. Rougas. 5!!! About 30 minutes later another patient arrived to see the same Dr. and was told by the girl at the front desk that Dr. Rougas was about an hour behind. Excellent clinic. PAs and nurses are thorough and pay attention to detail. Gave me all the information I needed to make an important decision on treatment. Would not go anywhere else.
