I made an appointment several months in advance and gave them my insurance information. They called me at 12:03 the day of the appointment which was scheduled for 12:20. I was actually in the elevator to get to the office. They said they do not take my insurance and would be canceling the appointment unless I wanted to pay the out of pocket price. Very frustrating to drive almost 30 minutes to be told 17 minutes before the appointment that they do not take my insurance and have the appointment cancelled
DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! Deanna Runyon left me a voicemail canceling my appointment 2 days before it. Their reasoning being that I have Medicaid as my secondary insurance. What does that have to do with my primary insurance? My secondary insurance expires next month and they offered me the option to reschedule later. No thank you! Why patronize an establishment that doesn't value me as a patient?! And to make things worse I am a Mercy employee which is why I chose them in the first place. They explained ... read more
