Very unhelpful and condescending attitude from the lady on the phone for just asking questions.
Dr. Armstrong is the worst dermatologist I’ve ever been to. He never asked me any questions about my acne and what I eat or what face wash I use or anything. He just looked at my face and prescribed me medication, he never told me what the pills were actually for, just said they would help clear my acne and that was it. One medication he gave me was if you have PCOS which he never asked about or tested me for. I had no idea that’s what it was even for. Everytime I went I was there for no more than 15 min.
