My daughter, aged 6, had a small procedure. The level of care that she had before and afterwards was great. We could not have asked for nurses and doctors who not only made sure we understood, that my daughter did too, every step of the way. A patient advocate came in made her completely comfortable and relaxed. No tears even with the IV.
