Friendly support staff, and the doctor definitely connects with my child.
This clinic has fully earned its terrible reputation. The nurses are hostile and the policies written to protect staff not your child. Rotten from the top down. They give you hoops to jump through and if your child is disabled or has special needs dont even think about asking for that help. Nurse Julie has no business speaking to patients and thier families the way they do but the supervisor knows its happening and nothing will change. If I could give 0 stars I would. I had my daughter with this office for about a year. In the beginning our experience was good, we had a great NP from that January until right before school started the next school year. She left the practice and they put us with a psychiatrist Dr. Trail, that I was a bit uneasy with and so was my daughter, but I let it slide the 3 times we had to see him.
