I have been going here for 1 1/2 years and I’ve had no problems with the staff or the doctors that I have seen there. They have always been very polite and professional with me. Thank you, Mercy.
I was supposed to be referred here in May and they acted like they didn't care if I was seen or not. I have now been referred to them again and they still act like me being seen isn't a big deal. They really don't care about patients at all
Does anyone ever answer the phone here?? Going on 20 minutes of being on hold.. I'm starting to think I should've let my Dr. refer me to Cox. It took 7 months to get an appointment in the first place. Anyways I'm cancelling my appointment because I don't have a ride. I tried to call, but y'all wouldn't answer.
My mother was diagnosed with cancer and referred to Mercy. They wanted to schedule a consultation a month later. Frankly, that is disgusting enough considering cancer can metastasize at unpredictable rates (see the other review stating the same with tragic outcome). Beyond that delay, and being told it could potentially be months before my mother had the surgery she needed, the nurse, Stephanie, has the bedside manner of a mouldering potato.
