Doctor Bawaja and her staff at the front desk are amazing and professional. I highly recommend this clinic is a great asset to our community!

I was referred to Mercy Behavioral Health by my Primary, for counseling. I was told if I didn’t hear from them by week 2 to contact them. At the end of week 3 I reached out to them and they told me I needed to be referred-advised I was- and then they told me it’s a 3 month wait. I asked if they were going to call and tell me that, and she said it’s the patients job to reach out and find that out (even though historically, referrals are supposed to be called by the clinic themselves to set up appts). Went there for an appointment and it went well so I had them schedule me for another appointment. However when it came time to attend the second appointment I was not able to go so I called there office to let them know I was going to have to cancel. A few days later I received a letter in the mail saying that according to their records I had a no show and that if I miss two more appointments they will no longer take me as a patient. Yet I called their office directly to cancel. I will not be going here any longer.
