I would give 0 stars if I could. Adams only cared about insurance money. Because my insurance doesn't pay for the injections, he automatically assumed I didn't want them. When I attempted to ask to self pay he made sure to let me know they're expensive and asked how I would pay. Very unprofessional and rude. Will not ever recommend to anyone. Just wants insurance money
I just began receiving care here in May of 2024 and have had exceptional service and no issues booking appointments or being seen in a timely fashion. The office staff is kind and accommodating and the Care Team is knowledgeable and compassionate.
Scheduled an appointment for 4pm. It is 6pm and I still haven't seen a doctor.
