They asked me to be there at 2:45 for my 3pm appt. They call me back the girl who took my bp and weight was very kind. I waited to 355pm and had another appt and told them this and Dr Rivera says “well, I will see this person then you’re next” and I said I can’t do this and I’ll have to reschedule very sarcastically she states “byyyyee see ya next time” I would not recommend this place to someone. RUN IN THE OTHER DIRECTION if you are considering this facility! They are a complete mess. There are so many great providers in the NWA area, and it's a shame that anyone wastes their time and money to give this place their business.
By far the worst medical facility I have ever been to. Doctor Brummett wasn't warm and fuzzy which is fine but at the very least they need to actually communicate with their patients. If a routine visit is going to become something else you need to disclose that. The craziest part was that there was nothing done differently than a routine check-up, they just coded it incorrectly and refused to change it. Such a nightmare! I would avoid going here at all costs. Issues across the board - poor bedside manner from the doctor, billing issues that the billing team refused to help correct - TOTAL lack of customer service. This place is just overall incompetent and poorly run.
