2 hours to be seen to take my vitals. Another hour to actually see a doctor
if I could give this place zero stars I would 😠 we waited over 2 hours in the exam room to be seen and no one came back my son is terrified of doctors he's only 2 and had to wait that long being scared the whole time?!🤬 when I stepped out of the room to ask how much longer it would be THERE WAS NO ONE TO BE FOUND!! it was lunch time so I guess everyone took their lunch break at the same time 🤷🤬😠 we walked out we'll take him somewhere else where he will actually be seen by a doctor
This place is horrendous. It's a joke of an "urgent" care. I got there at 9am didn't go back till 11am got tucked into a room for 30 minutes. So finally I venture out after being there 2 and a half hours I wanted to know when my screaming 3 yr old would get to see a doctor or even someone atleast. The nurse insisted that I had only been checked in for a hour and a half then refused to give me a time and just completely started being rude. Dr Harmon is very thorough and caring. I will continue to come to this clinic.
Knowledgeable staff and always get proper treatment but wish the wait wasn't so long
