I have been on hold attempting to reach a staff member for over 20 minutes. I am "holding" for my daughter that has 2 special needs children and can't hold for the "next available staff member"! And I don't believe my "call is important" to them. We just need some information faxed so my grandchildren can get the necessary help they deserve. I am in the medical profession and understand the business of a Dr.s office, but this is unprofessional and appalling.
Dr. Dreier has over seen the care of all my children; two since birth; and has always taken our concerns into consideration as well as throughly answering any and all questions we may have. The children love her.
