Wonderful and very easy to work with staff. The scheduler is a delightful and trustworthy person. Documents for my appointment were sent exactly when they should have been and the office manager even followed up thru correspondence with me.
Policies seem to differ among various Mercy locations. In our Des Moines area, dismissal is uncommon unless one has repeated offenses, having been warned multiple times for the same infraction. My providers were dismayed as I shared information about a Cedar Rapids memory facility, failure to cancel a nonexistent appointment and the providers' and family's skepticism resulted in a dismissal letter because of the dishonesty of a clerk snd some “pencilling in of my name on the schedule”by the nurse practitioner..
