I have not received anything less than great service here. However, if you don't have an appointment scheduled, you will have to wait some time to be seen and they have no pharmacy there, just at the Decatur Street location.

This location truly needs to be shut down immediately. Saint Joseph's needs to reevaluate this locations existence. They never return calls, nurses are never available to speak with and/or receive any clarity. They hang up on you after holding for hours. They field Every call to a call center that has no ability to help anyone who calls, except to send a "msg" that never gets addressed.
