We came for my mother. The staff is really busy helping others but was nice. After id, proof of (no) income and residency, you can get significant discount/free treatments. They gave us appointments fairly quickly and helped us through the process. Thank you Mercy Care and contributors/founders!
Margarita was very rude. Everytime u have an appointment they still make you wait hours.
The wait times are horrendous! I always have an appointment and end up waiting 30-45min past the appt time. The front desk is pretty useless since they don't advise that the doctor is behind schedule (until you make a fuss) .
