I needed to have a question answered about interactions of a new drug I was prescribed and my heart medicine. The on-call doctor was very rude, short, and hung up on me. I will be looking else where for a cardiologist!!
They are always friendly and patient with my 93 year old father. The new center is well designed and there's plenty of parking.
So far not a good experience. I get off of work and show up on time but the doctor canceled our appointment ten minutes before I arrived. Then on top of it MyChart app said cancel reason is “patient”. My wife is pissed I have heart issues and I don’t need this stress.

I arrived at 7:07 for an appt because I went across the street accidentally for appt to Mercy radiology. The front desk lady sat there for 12 mins doing noting but messaging people then says I'm over 15 mins late. Had to reschedule. It's so hard for Black people to get adequate health care in this area I am moving to a more ethnically friendly medical city. This isn't the first time I'm encountered adverse medical care here.
