Subsequent visits have e been really good. So far not a good experience. I get off of work and show up on time but the doctor canceled our appointment ten minutes before I arrived. Then on top of it MyChart app said cancel reason is “patient”. My wife is pissed I have heart issues and I don’t need this stress.
I needed to have a question answered about interactions of a new drug I was prescribed and my heart medicine. The on-call doctor was very rude, short, and hung up on me. I will be looking else where for a cardiologist!!
They are always friendly and patient with my 93 year old father. The new center is well designed and there's plenty of parking.
