This is the worst place I have been and had any experience with. The nurse I seen today with zero personality thinking to myself, hmm was she AI? She was so rude and made my experience very uncomfortable and I didn't even get to have my appointment. This hospital seem to decline more and more. Actual rating -100

Continue to tell them we can't come in before 3:30 due to work place will not let off. They still keep making apt for 2:30. Total mix ups between when to do lab work, they want to do it immediately before the apt. Told them we want to do it a few days before so we have the results AT the appointment, so they schedule both now. Have changed all lab work over to Quest, a total screw up system. I have been going here for 1 1/2 years and I’ve had no problems with the staff or the doctors that I have seen there. They have always been very polite and professional with me. Thank you, Mercy.

I was supposed to be referred here in May and they acted like they didn't care if I was seen or not. I have now been referred to them again and they still act like me being seen isn't a big deal. They really don't care about patients at all

Does anyone ever answer the phone here?? Going on 20 minutes of being on hold.. I'm starting to think I should've let my Dr. refer me to Cox. It took 7 months to get an appointment in the first place. Anyways I'm cancelling my appointment because I don't have a ride. I tried to call, but y'all wouldn't answer.
