The Cancer care team at Mercy — Dr Nair and nurse J McVey—are top-notch providers that manage to combine professionalism with warmth, compassion with respect, and honesty with humor. Conversation is easy, open, reciprocal and straightforward. No rushing, no arrogance, no patronization, no judgment— they speak to you as a person, and meet you where you are. I couldn’t ask for a better care team; in my opinion a better one couldn’t be found by anyone, anywhere. Yes. It’s that good :))
