They rescheduled my consult for a later date. Via the portal. Was suppose to return my call and never did. I had to go to another doctor and get a referral to get scheduled the second time. And when the doctor said to schedule me ASAP I was scheduled over a month away. Got in quick once i was physically there. People were friendly and helpful.
