I went over a week past my due date and appreciate how they trust the natural process of birth. Did not feel pressured to induce. Midwife Jessica and nurse Barbie were amazing during the delivery of my daughter.

If I could give the front desk coordinators a 5-star review, I absolutely would—they are incredibly kind and helpful. Unfortunately, the rest of my experience left me feeling self-conscious and uneasy. At my confirmation appointment, the woman who came in to take my blood pressure immediately said, “Oh my god! I was going to go through mercy this year to give birth to my first child, however today at my first appointment they bring me back into a room, and tell me I have to pay a 10% down payment and then 7 monthly payments leading up to my labor and delivery. They were essentially putting my L&D cost on a payment plan to pay before it even happens.. I am choosing to go elsewhere because who the heck does this??
