Came to this clinic in hopes that an all natural holistic process would be respected upon my wishes. I fell in love with the birthing center itself and loved how open it was. I want to give 4 starts but will explain. I was hospitalized in total about a month with antepartum. Pregnant with twins with a fetal demise and delivery at 27 weeks. The antepartum staff was incredible. The experience was very traumatizing from being strapped to a bed not able to move for fetal monitoring 24/7 all while grieving the loss of a child. Just gave birth there a month ago and loved my experience. I labored for 36 hours then eventually had to go to a c section. The nurses were incredible through it all. Caitlyn and Danielle were by far our favorite labor nurses. They were great. I truly wouldn’t have wanted anyone else (medical staff wise) with me getting an epidural than Caitlyn. I’m not even there yet and they have the worst communication. I was supposed to get induced at 8pm. I called 5 different times through out the day I got a hold of someone that morning they said they would call back to confirm I was on the list. Never received a call.so I called at 10am,1pm,4pm each person told me she was about to call me and let me know NO ONE CALLED then at 745 I’m literally right down the road I call again they finally get me ahold of the lady.
