Just gave birth there a month ago and loved my experience. I labored for 36 hours then eventually had to go to a c section. The nurses were incredible through it all. Caitlyn and Danielle were by far our favorite labor nurses. They were great. I truly wouldn’t have wanted anyone else (medical staff wise) with me getting an epidural than Caitlyn. Great experience with the hospital staff.
I’m not even there yet and they have the worst communication. I was supposed to get induced at 8pm. I called 5 different times through out the day I got a hold of someone that morning they said they would call back to confirm I was on the list. Never received a call.so I called at 10am,1pm,4pm each person told me she was about to call me and let me know NO ONE CALLED then at 745 I’m literally right down the road I call again they finally get me ahold of the lady. The staff is either terrible or the best depending on the shift and department. The security needs better training in deseculation and discrimination. Ericia is the best nurse in postpartum. She goes above and beyond for her patients. Margaret from ECV is the friendliest and assisted us on where to go when no one was helping us. Michelle and Pauline are great and assisted with lactation however I didn't get help with pumping so I had to figure it out myself. They did refuse to help me pump. Cathy is a lovely nurse.
