Im very disappointed in the care my daughter received. She had he baby may 2 and everything was fine until after the baby was born. Once baby was out, it was like they forgot my daughter was there. She was so swollen from pushing and never once was anything offered to help the healing process. She was having such a pad experience that she opted to come home the day after delivery becauee she could get better care at home. I had to buy her ice packs and sitz bath for her so she could get some pain relief down below. This is n... read more

I am not happy at all with the Joplin mercy birthing center my granddaughter my doll at first was treated awesome but after she had the baby she had to call my other granddaughter just to help her with her bath and care they did not help offer a sitz wash she is so swollen she was never a phanny pad for her butt her hemorrhoids were all swollen up absolutely no good care my other granddaughter had to go buy her creams and other stuff to apply to her private areas I am disappointed ☹️☹️☹️ with mercy birthing ctr i give them a... read more

Okay so I arrived at February 20th 2024 in the medical records I got printed said something completely different says I got induced and I denied ruptured membrane, but my water did break she broke it with her hand in me then proceeded to say “why are you crying” I’m allowed to feel however I want to feel and only shows in the paperwork as Barlett Nurse practitioner no specific name I’ve have tried to contact the hospital and figure out what her name is and they said they would call me back I guess we will see on my mercy the... read more

I cannot say enough good things about the labor and delivery staff. My step daughter had a c-section here. I explained to them that she was autistic with some pretty severe sensory issues and slow processing and was very anxious about the process. The nurses and Dr Barlet went above and beyond in their care for her. They explained everything in great detail to her and were able to put her at ease. They were very “motherly” in their approach, which is exactly what she needed, and they took the time to explain EVERYTHING they ... read more

I had an emergency c section and I had some wonderful nurses and then i had some nurses that could care less after my postpartum, dr gave me a water pill and i wasnt able to walk because of all the fluid in my legs and things and i called my nurse several times for help but she didnt come help me her name was elli, she let me pee myself and all over the chair and sit in it, finally after they realized my daughter worked up there they became alot nicer to me, elli had an attitude the entire time taking care of me, then a nurs... read more
