TERRIBLE OFFICE lost records, LEFT in pain for months, DR/NURSE cancel appointments often. Nurse Mary is RUDE and very untrustworthy with personal information. I would recommend ANY other physician within the clinic BUT this one. And if possible GO TO JANESVILLE. Limited Family Dr's in this practice you will have to see a NP. Mercy itself is great BUT this physician can improve and attitude in this field is a big part of how well you do your job.
