They can literally VOID your insurance coverage - do not sign anything without asking for a very clear and explicit explanation for what you are signing. Update: Mercy's social media team did reach out to me requesting my name, but neglected to follow up beyond that. It appears they do not, in fact, take comments like this very seriously.

My son goes there for his hearing testing and care for his hearing aids. They are amazing, compassionate and patient. He has a complex medical diagnosis and sometimes has behaviors that make appointments difficult. They always take the time to get a full exam in, anyway.
