We've been going to Mercy/Banfield for maybe a year now (moved to the area and needed a new vet, and were lucky enough to find them!) We have *never* had a negative experience or interaction, and we have 3 dogs that have visited pretty regularly. Everyone has always been so friendly, attentive, and fun to talk with.
