I'm not very happy with this place they don't even return phone calls or tell me anything when I'm going to have hernia surgery as I missed may may 31 due phone's were down I really need to get it rescheduled I'm in so much pain all day long I won't deal with daleen I was told that I was going to get my surgery on June 27th I called Westlake surgery center and they told me I am not on the schedule for surgery that really makes me very upset I am done with this place and I will not come back to them for any reason they deserv... read more
I was seen here today by Dr. Whitmer. Everyone is the office was really incredible and professional. When I called to schedule an appointment the receptionist was knowledgeble and knew how to help me out. His nurse Sonya, both over the phone and in person was really nice and knowledgeble as well. I didn't have to wait very long for my appointment from being checked in to being roomed. Also the Medical Assistant Acasia(I don't remember how to spell it now), she listened to me very well and did a good job of walking me through... read more
