We've spoken with more AC companies than we wanted to recently and Marty was referred to us by a few neighbors. You can tell right away that he cares about his craft and isn't trying to nickel and dime you. We called him Monday late afternoon and he had us up and running the next day. Great experience overall.

Marty Mead, owner of Mercy Air, walked off a job because he backed his install contractors who do shoddy, sloppy install work. He refused to accept criticism of the work his contractors did a week prior. First they broke electrical outlets in my attic (which they came and repaired), then they lied about the way they installed it. I tried to address with Marty privately but he blew his top and cancelled my job. Marty is without question one of the nicest people I’ve had the pleasure of working with. His team is experienced and trustworthy. They do outstanding work, use quality materials, and quote a fair price and stick to it. I’ve found my HVAC company for the future.
