Went to my appt. I have great Humana insurance. Only ever had to pay 65 at the most. But the girl in dark hair at 12pm on Oct 16th today said it would be 123 and if they do any kind of test the cost goes to 425. It was my favorite Urgent Care , not now. And she didn't have to be rude. Im 74 and don't need rudeness or condecending behavior. I just walked out and broke the appt. Maybe Cox would be better Mercy needs to give Customer Service Classes to their employees.
Great place! Got in and treated quickly with compassion and care. Great, knowledgeable people, I didn’t feel like just a number,—super nice people!!
I seen Dr. Henke and he was amazing, truly an amazing provider. Him and all the nurses did whatever they could to make me comfortable in a very uncomfortable situation. I have multiple chronic illnesses and get judged and dismissed on the daily by providers and here I was seen, heard and treated like the human being I am which is more rare than it should be. They are simply the best. Efficient, compassionate, thorough.
They've always been great for me. However they want me to get a ultrasound of my leg. They didn't tell me that I had a 6:45 am appointment. They told me to be there at 8am. So I don't know. Always call to check if you have a appointment, to get testing done!
