They've always been great for me. However they want me to get a ultrasound of my leg. They didn't tell me that I had a 6:45 am appointment. They told me to be there at 8am. So I don't know. Always call to check if you have a appointment, to get testing done!
Joke of an experience. I told the PA again and again that I had a brown recluse bite and she refused to listen to me. Kept talking down to me like I was unintelligent. It's because I don't have a degree doesn't mean we don't know what the hell we're talking about. Proceeded to try to cut open my brown recluse bite which is not recommended due to additional infection at the site. I am now in more pain than I was and have to have a referral for general surgery
I've received very good care here which is more than I can say for Mercy's ER department which has good doctors but very poor staff.
Sat for four hours, they rushed in and out of the room when I finally was able to get into a room. Swbbaed me walked out of the room without letting me know how long of a wait it would be. Told me my 10 month old was to stay quiet during the swab so she could focus (makes zero sense) and was told I could take the antibiotics given but when i asked my ob since I’m pregnant she told me they were insane and to not take them it could cause heart defects in the baby
