Was in the ER yesterday with my sister… My sister has struggled with drug addiction in her past and her chart says the drugs she isn’t suppose to be given, I told the nurse today in the ER “ She isn’t suppose to take hydrocodone she has a past drug addiction to that ” the nurse proceeded to laugh and say “ hahah I saw that.” It was one of the most unprofessional comments I’ve ever heard in a hospital. I've never been treated so badly in an x-ray room as I did on August 23rd 2025. I went to get an x-ray of my right lower hip cuz I was in a lot of pain. We had an absolutely terrible experience here last night. Dr. T Hillis should not be practicing physician. He needs to be terminated immediately. We was extremely rude and a know it all. He claims he looked at the charts but based on how he acted, he didn’t actually read anything at all. He refused to give anything to help my wife and thought it was funny when she requested help for certain times. I went into Mercy with my husband who had been having severe gallbladder pain. Everyone was awesome - no bad attitudes! Dr. Escobar was so nice and explained everything clearly without over complicating or over simplifying things and took time to answer our questions . Timothy, the nurse and Amy were kind too. We had as great of experience as possible with everything moving quickly and smoothly along.
