I came in pretty late. No one was there. The gentleman at the front was very upset. He had to stop this movie to help me. He was very rude. The care I received was fine but the security officer in the front made my visit very uncomfortable. As I was checking in I over heard him at his desk on a phone call telling someone he is very trigger happy.. then proceeded to say i wish it didn't say 357... not someone that should have a gun at all!!! Nor should he be working security!
Was in the ER yesterday with my sister… My sister has struggled with drug addiction in her past and her chart says the drugs she isn’t suppose to be given, I told the nurse today in the ER “ She isn’t suppose to take hydrocodone she has a past drug addiction to that ” the nurse proceeded to laugh and say “ hahah I saw that.” It was one of the most unprofessional comments I’ve ever heard in a hospital. I've never been treated so badly in an x-ray room as I did on August 23rd 2025. I went to get an x-ray of my right lower hip cuz I was in a lot of pain. It hurt me so bad to get up on the table I barely could.Brian the technician pulled me up on the table by my ilium my right hip he dug in his fingers into my right ilium area by my waist And yanked me up on the table. We had an absolutely terrible experience here last night. Dr. T Hillis should not be practicing physician. He needs to be terminated immediately. We was extremely rude and a know it all. He claims he looked at the charts but based on how he acted, he didn’t actually read anything at all. He refused to give anything to help my wife and thought it was funny when she requested help for certain times.
