Mercy is my go to for all my healthcare needs! Mercy staff are always friendly and professional.
I couldn't be more pleased with the care provided by Dr. Pesek & assistants Cassidy & Zac having done steroid injections in each groin for my hip under the huge cameras in the small operating room. I was so frightened but when met by the assistants Cassidy & Zac they spoke to me with comforting words in explaining the procedure. No professionalism, the higher-ups treat patients and staff like trash. The receptionist was great however.
Showed up for my appointment a half hour early to fill out new patient paperwork only to be told that the doctor was not coming in that day. The condescending front desk person informed me that they had tried "multiple times" to reach me by phone to tell me I'd have to be rescheduled. I had ONE missed call from them but not ONE phone message, not ONE text, not ONE email, and not ONE apology. In fact, the girl at the desk acted like it was my fault. If this is how they treat their patients I won't be coming back.
