Mercury coffee in Redmond. Generally highly underrated pateries. Not sure what happened to this batch though. The everything crossiant had this weird dried out hard cooked egg, But I like the flavors.
Always really well staffed and clean. Solid food options served in what feels like the silver surfer's home. Somewhat of a boutique SB chain vibe.
This review is being written after a doordash order. Two teas were ordered, both weren't steeped long enough and both were overfilled with milk and sugar. The soy milk request for one was ignored and regular milk was used, making the drink a health risk for the person it was ordered for. This may be an issue with the doordash app and the location, and if so, work needs to be put in to ensure doordash orders are better.
I didn't get a chance to get coffee cuz I was in a hurry and they were super busy at 1 in the afternoon. I didn't think I had time cuz of the long line.
