Customer service zero in the morning
Haven't been to a bad Murcury's location yet. All are very consistent. Bakery items are top shelf. Coffee taste and selection is hands down the best in the eastern seattle area (wish there were more into Seattle and down into Renton/South Center areas). Forget the mermaid... look for Mercury!
Accidentally spilled my drink and still had some left so I didn’t ask for another one but a staff member came out to my car with a fresh one without us even asking for it! Great customer service and care.
My one drink was made incorrectly. Then placed in someone else’s order for delivery. I wanted a new one made with creamer and water because it was originally made black and was met with a combative response. “We have a standard way of making things here”. How is cream, water, ice in an iced americano not standard? I order this daily just not at this location. Great start to the day.
