A loyal customer for over 7 yrs. Perhaps went to 90% of their locations. Lately, I can hardly feel the coffee in my drink. Definitely they cut coffee shots in 16oz lattes. Simply dissatisfied
I had to order just an Americano because you don't even know what kind of milk you use for your cappuccinos. Apparently, you just pour in whatever you have on hand. That's not okay. In today's world, not knowing or disclosing such basic information-especially for people with dietary restrictions-is unprofessional and outdated. Not much place to sit unless the weather is good, and a touch pricey, but excellent coffee and pastries. It's inside a Fred Meyers but not part of it.
