Can you freakin believe it... they said they will deduct the money because of their middle man but on the top of that after 4-5 long months we havnt received the credit, like nothing... when we call them they say its been sent to our accounting department but helloooooo doesnt seem to reflect on my credit card. I am waiting for few more days before I really go legal against these guys... I believe owner name is Monika or something.... I think going legal is the only way to fix... read more
This is not fair at all, post on Consumerist.com and big cross-section of important people will notice this case and you might get something out of it... at the least people will think twice before purchasing tickets from them.. Its www.consumerist.com
Yes, the same thing happened to me, they didnt do anything about it and some girl spoke very rudely with me, dont know her name but that is no way to talk with customers. I think we should file a complain to Better Business Bureau, its www.bbb.org, they will understand once they receive a legal notice from them..
I purchased my ticket through them for Qatar airways from Newark to Mumbai. Right after that Qatar airways changed the airport from Newark to JFK. I live in EWR and its not possible for me to fly from JFK. I called Mercury Travel and they said they cannot do anything about it, if I cancel the ticket I will be charged 400 $. I called up Qatar airways and they said they have a policy to return the entire money in that case.
