Unresponsive and unprofessional. I supported this business several times, spending over a collective $1000 on mulch/compost alone. I ordered my compost, and even left a note in the order to deliver as early as possible the following day!! Not only did I get zero communication that there would be a delay, but the order was never delivered at all! Got there 10 minutes early and they still loaded me up, awesome place.
Had bought a few truck loads of fill material. Then started getting loads of top soil . After about the 4th load which was on a Saturday, I still needed a few more . Sign on the door on Saturday said that the were open till 1.00pm on Sunday. .I thought great , I'll get another load on Sunday. I got up Sunday and called ahead just to make sure that they were open and the answering machine said that they were busy with another customer . It also said that they were open till 1.00 on Sunday. I ordered their Turfblend top soil to top dress my yard. It was full of broken glass as well as a lot of other debris/trash. I keep finding more glass in my yard as the days go by. I really hope my dog doesn't cut her paws in the yard. I'm not happy with this at all.
