I had Mercury insurance for many years. They were great at the begging. Then I had a hit and run experience and the same year I had a second hit a run accident and that’s when they stopped being good to me. It took forever to get my car repaired and it cost me $500 for the deductible then I paid close to a thousand for the car rental, because Mercury took months to get me car repaired. Terrible service - they cancelled my policy for a very small reason and when I call them, they kept sending me to another agent. Got nowhere. THEIR QUOTES ARE LOW, but they are a huge headache…
