Liars and cheats. Claim to be highly rated in their advertising by insure.com but actually only have a 3.5 star rating and ranked #14. Had a couple of incidents NOT involving other vehicles and a hail damage claim after 10 year clean driving record. They practically doubled my rates upon renewal. They also included a hit and run that my daughter was the victim of in which a claim was never filed or paid on because my daughter called to see if we had towing coverage. Worst insurance company I have even had and feel the are the biggest Joke and my advice is to run they suck just look less then a 2 star company

Zero stars. Mercury works very hard at finding excuses for not honoring their warranty. This is not a reputable company.
