I would leave zero stars if I could. Absolutely horrible claims process, terrible customer service, avoid at all costs.
Horrible Car Insurance. They lure you in with the "cheap" rates but as time goes on they continue increasing your rates. When I called them, all they said was that my over $200 increase in premium was due to a "Rate Change" that was done in the company. This company is a scam. You are better off going with another insurance company that might be higher in rates but are consistent and transparent.
I had an accident at which the other person who was covered by Mercury insurance was it fault and received a citation. After taking the statement from their insured they decided not to pay the claim and to kontest it
Do not add your info for a free quote. They only end up referring you to big named insurance companies. I'm sure I'm going to get a ton of spam now.
