Mercury has been there for me for the last 8 to 10 years. Every time I call customer service is so helpful and very quick. And and they don’t try to push expensive repairs on you for no reason .This last time within 30 minutes they sent out a technician. And within an hour he was done putting my door back on tracks lubricated all wheels and springs and everything is working fantastic.
