I’m a true beginner at road cycling and bought a road bike from target. Plan (only at the moment) to be a casual rider so the price point was what I was looking at. Well I took my bike over to Mercury Endurance Cycles and Cliff is AWESOME! He gave me recommendations and helped me fit my bike and really listened to what I had to say. Bought my first serious bike today with the expert assistance of Cliff. He was very patient with all of my questions and is a true subject matter expert. He took the time to walk me around the bike to show me the ins and outs of the mechanics as well. Top notch service all the way around from a local military friendly company.
