They don't even compare homes correctly. Found homes similar to mine at a way higher price than what was appraised. Very poor business. Sad part is that the homes that are higher value and are similar to mine are not in that great on condition. Crazy part was the gentleman who came over to do a appraisal brought his dog with. Very unprofessional!
