Never actually seen Mercurio, but his nurse practicioners are kind and compassionate. Rainee is amazing. I would give her 4.5 stars. Office staff... rude, arrogant, Mercurio's own daughter who is office staff actually screamed at another patient and family member, over the phone for trying to find out if she needed to keep an appointment. Terrible Staff, appointments are tough to get and they require appointments every 6 months or less before they will give you a refill on long term medications if you can even get the doctor to call in refills for you.
