Not good. Forgot to call me about room being ready so eventually went back at 4.45pm - no apology, just “oh”. Room had odour of food. Could not change room “just open the doors”. TV did not work for casting, Netflix or in house movies - “sorry we can’t help if the TV is working”. Bad attitude in bar about free drinks after failing to enquire on loyalty status. No late checkout as offered by status. Very poor, won’t be returning.
Note- this hotel no longer provides room services and cleaning during your stay. Be aware of this when booking. Staff less then helpful when this was addressed. It is not advertised on all booking platforms. When this new policy was implemented on 1 October 2025 one would think this would be made know on all platforms such as wotif among others
Located at 40 Kooindah Boulevard, Wyong, New South Wales, Australia 🇦🇺 This is a very nice place to stay. The rooms are lovely with a great view from the balcony, whether you are facing the front or the back. The bathroom in my room had a great shower, very accessible, no climbing over a high bath. My only complaint is that there’s no bench space to put your toiletries which is very annoying. There’s a wonderful swimming pool and a couple of tennis 🎾 courts to use.
