where do i start! Merci nails is so AFFORDABLE and they work FAST AND EFFICIENTLY! I’ve never felt so at home at my local nail shop. The woman at the front counter is always nice and cheery, she’s full of so much positivity. making my next appointment as we speak!
Update a year later service has declined. The last three visits did not go well. Communication is important. After being ignored and wondering what was going on I decided to pay for what I had done so far and leave. Three people wanted to come stand at the checkout counter and stare at me with excuses. How are you all available to stand her now but not available to service me. No apologies. I know it doesn’t matter, but today was my last visit. Staff seem overwhelmed and burned out. Very disappointed.
Staff here are amazing. Always polite and to the point. Juju is the best tech period!
