I bought a set of two combat robots on the control panels as a gift for the kid. Both remotes don't work, these robots are useless, just junk. Thank you for ruining my son's birthday.

Bought Drone Thunderbolt Jet X-2 at FAO Schwarz when visiting from Canada. The drone never finish to charge battery and don't start at all. Contacted customer support but it seems there is a problem and they only deliver to US so will finish in the garbage.

my grandson got an RC thunder tumbler for his birthday that doesn't work. the person who bought it doesn't have the receipt. the first man I talked to said to see if they still had the receipt, if not, to call back and they'd replace it. I called backed today and got 2 guys that barely spoke English and they will not replace it. I will NEVER buy one of their toys. Horrible customer service!! Now I have to tell my grandson "too bad you got a broken toy". Jerks!!

I bought a Sharper Image (trademarked, mind you!) Powerboost Deep Tissue Massager. It worked for a handful of uses. I didn't use it for a short period of time, and when I went to use it, it didn't work. I charged it and nothing! It's dead. I looked into this company and they are using the "Sharper Image" name, but this is NOT the quality that Sharper Image is known for. A complete scam, as all other reviews have concurred.
