I'm afraid I can't say anything good about Merchology... everything started out great and then their customer service representative went radio silence on us and left us scrambling to find another vendor on short notice. They finally got back to us after we had found another vendor and had started the process all over. Fail.

Customer Service is EXCEPTIONAL! I ordered some Nike polos and there was a little bit of delay for one of the styles I ordered. I was starting to panic that the shirts would not arrive on time for company pictures. Keanna, Customer Service Specialist, was amazing! She was extremely responsive and was providing me updates before I could even ask. She kept me in the loop and even expediated the shipping which I greatly appreciated! Be careful. This company will add a "sample" item to your order and only give you store credit when you contact them. They scammed us for $147.99.

Merchology has been a very service oriented company to work with. They provide prompt logo mock ups, answers to questions, and delivery. My clients have loved their branded items. I have used Merchology twice and will continue to do so.

Customer service is exceptional! I recently placed an order for a work event. There was a small issue with one set of t-shirts peeling. It wasn't anything major, just some small peeling due to drying on high. We reached out to inquire about printing a new set. Aimee responded right away and was able to get us a new set for free within a very quick turnaround. And the quality of the rest of the order was great! We are super satisfied!
