I ordered some Nike Thermafit jackets from Merchology and when they arrived by mail they were just regular thin Nike track jackets. They were neither Thermafit or Drifit. I called their help desk and asked if they could take them back and they said no there was nothing wrong with the jackets so i could donate them or throw them away. I reminded them they mislabeled their product and they could be held liable for that and that made no difference to them. Do not use.

I would give zero stars if possible. I placed an order on September 10 for merchangize that was supposed to ship in 6 business days. It took nearly a month to ship, and when they finally arrived, the logo was a mess. Every time I reached out, I got vague “updates” and excuses and never a solution. It’s now the end of October and I still don’t have what I paid for. Completely unprofessional experience from start to finish.

I wanted to like this merchant but steer clear of the clothing. The sizes are very untrue in their sizing charts. Its almost as if they were fitting a small child or Asian bone structure there is absolutely no room in the fabric. If you try to exchange items that have been customized with any logos they definitely do not allow it which you end up with clothing you can not wear. Another thing i noticed the material is not quality....very think material.

I'm afraid I can't say anything good about Merchology... everything started out great and then their customer service representative went radio silence on us and left us scrambling to find another vendor on short notice. They finally got back to us after we had found another vendor and had started the process all over. Fail.
