We ordered 55 custom New Balance fleeces from Merchology. They handed a complex mix of sexes and logos without any errors, and the goods arrived in the UK without any delay. We recommend and would use again.

Not the experience I would have expected. Was hard to get quesions answered from the start. Then after the entire company placed orders when it all came shipped together nothing was organized and no packing slip to keep track of what came in the box. Made for a bunch of confusion. Also was told free shipping on grouped orders but every order got tacked on $3.

Don't order from this company. Even undecorated items cannot be returned when too small. This is hidden on their website. How can anyone deal with a company that does not offer returns.

Missed not one but two promised ship dates. Unreliable and untrustworthy. Our custom apparel is now arriving after the event even though I reached out multiple times to confirm it would arrive on time. Can not recommend at all. Also, it is extremely overpriced.
