If I could give negative stars, I would. I made a mistake placing an order, contacted them immediately to cancel it but they wouldn’t. In a world where you have to buy everything online because nothing is available in person anymore, we should have an ability to cancel online orders. Companies like this should do better!

The company I work for uses this company for their merch. It is horribly slow to have items shipped and they charge you a ridiculous amount for shipping even if you only order a few small items.

Worst experience! I ordered jackets for our soccer team. They have you fill out a spreadsheet to note the exact spelling for the embroidery stressing that spelling errors are on the purchaser. Good enough. I submitted my order and was prompted to approve the proofs. No problem. The proof only allowed for the artwork and one of the 9 names. They only allow you to proof the longest one even though you can select “Full Proof”. I ordered and received the jackets. On two of them, the word Captain was spelled as “Capitan”. Terrible company to work with. I placed an order for one single polo on April 29th and then on June 10th they told me the polo I chose wasn't in stock. They took a month to tell me they hadn't even started on my order and that they haven't even got the shirt to being the customization process. They are extremely slow and unreliable.
