I would not recommend these apartments. They have roaches in the warmer months due to the way building was poorly built. And not having mandatory bug spraying in apartments. They have no amenities so what they charge it’s not worth it. Feels unsafe. Random people in cars will drive up and smoke in the parking lots any hours of the day. Rapid and professional repairs and explanations
Having lived in nearly a dozen apartments, Merchants Walk is truly unique in that it is the one place I've lived that is constantly making this complex a better place to live and consistently shows that they actively care about the community that lives here. The people in the front office are as much our neighbors as anyone living here and it is a pleasure to have been here the last 5 years
It is a very nice apartment complex. My refrigerator stopped working and the Maintenance Team Mr. Shirwan Hussein got me back up in running in no time really with his fast responses time.
